service. Most appointments are scheduled the same day, with
flexibility to around your work schedule.
In situations where a problem cannot be dealt with on-site we will gladly pickup your equipment, address the problem, and drop off your computer back to your residence or office at no additional charge. This is designed to provide the most cost effective solution for the most challenging issues.
Our on-site rate is $75 per hour of technician time, with one hour minimum service charge. Our In-house service is capped at $125 per incident per computer, and includes a variety of services which by most competition service locations are billed separately.
