PC Tech Remote Support option allows our technician to connect to
customers computer and assist with issues. Remote Support method
establishes a one time connection between our technicians and your
computer. Once disconnected a technician cannot re-connect to your
computer without your permission, and a new PIN is needed to
re-connect.
